Formal appointment of a data protection officer is still being verified. The address above is currently a general privacy contact and must not be presented as a DPO contact without appointment evidence. If a DPO has been appointed, their name and contact details will be added before publication.
2. Data, purposes and legal grounds
When you contact us, we may process your name, e-mail address, phone number, basic business information and the content of your message. We use it to reply and take steps requested before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), maintain business correspondence and protect legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or meet a legal obligation where applicable (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Optional analytics relies on separate consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Advertising consent remains denied. Contacting Archon does not require consent to analytics.
3. Recipients and international transfers
Authorised Archon personnel and approved providers of hosting, e-mail, analytics and IT support may receive data only where needed and under appropriate terms. Netlify, Inc. hosts the website. Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, which receive measurement data only after analytics consent. Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited provides Microsoft Clarity, which starts after analytics consent and uses strict content masking.
4. Retention
Enquiries are kept for the time needed to respond and decide whether cooperation will start. They may be retained longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Data required by law is retained for the applicable statutory period. Cookie preferences expire after 180 days unless changed earlier. Google Analytics user-level and event-level data are retained for 14 months; this setting does not affect most standard aggregated reports. Microsoft Clarity retains playback data for 30 days and click data, heatmaps, and labelled or selected sessions for up to 9 months.
5. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority at uodo.gov.pl.
6. Cookies
The necessary archon_consent cookie remembers your privacy choice for 180 days. Analytics is off by default and advertising consent remains denied. After analytics consent, the website may load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, traffic sources and actions such as telephone, e-mail and contact clicks. Names, contact details, tax IDs and message contents must not be sent to measurement tools. Advertising features are not currently used. After analytics consent, Microsoft Clarity may also create aggregated interaction maps and session reconstructions. The project uses strict masking, so page text and form fields are not sent in a readable form. You can reopen the settings at any time using the Privacy button.
7. Automated decisions
Contact data is not used to make decisions about you solely by automated means, including profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
The Polish draft contains the complete legal working version: Polityka prywatności.
